We strive to make the building process as straightforward as possible. Our step-by-step approach guides you through every stage of creating your dream house, from design to delivery.
We start with a personal meeting where you share your wishes and needs. We advise on possible solutions and set the course for the project.

When the drawings are ready, we guarantee a one-hour consultation with our architect to review material selection, colors and technical solutions.
We sign the contract, and if desired, we help with the building application. Once an advance is paid, we start production.
We will keep you updated with pictures throughout the process.
After 12–16 weeks, the house is ready for delivery. If desired, we assist with site preparation and installation.
